International Web Orders Although our website is suited to collect orders within the UK we do deal with many international customers.
To help your browsing experience we now also display our prices in Euros (incl VAT) and have a 'Currency conversion' button by each price.
This will enable you to choose a relevent currency (US Dollars for instance) and view an converted guide price excluding VAT.
Please note that the conversions are for indicative purposes only and that the exact rate of exchange will be used at the time of any purchase.
As mentioned above, the site is primarily geared to collect orders from within the UK.
However, it is possible to use it to order from overseas by following the steps below.
If you proceed as per a normal web order but continue past the preset 'shipping to UK' note you will be able to insert a note telling us your country in the 'special shipping instructions'.
Our orders are all handled manually and so we will be able to take yours to one side, email you with the detail of any additional shipping cost (depending on the size and weight of parcel), and wait for your confirmation before proceeding with any payment on your credit card.
Card details are collected through a secure connection and with the minimum of fuss.
